Ed Coan has been an inspiration to me for years,

When he talks about lifting he speaks of guts to the grindstone no excuses get over it training. hes not worrying about the same things many of us seem to dwell on today, When asked about diet he just says as long as he got enough protein he could care less, if he didnt get the lift he simply tried again and if he still didnt get it he would go home and try again next time, it wasnt a big deal. He has a way of defusing the tension in the sport and bringing the bar back in to the hands of the average joe. the guy is an absolute superstar a real legend still alive in our time we would all do well to listen take notes and apply all that he has to offer the sport. Guys like Dan Green are epic but they all find their roots in guys like Ed.

Only watched half of it, will come back.. Coen rows while I can't say much for a size builder yet, they feel legit.. They are brutal, though I've only been doing them for 4-6 weeks so I can't comment much on the carryover r as yet
