With world champs on this year, does anyone give Gatlin a chance of beating Bolt over 100m.

While Bolt has been quiet for a few years, and is running rather slowly (for him) sp far this year, Gatlin has been running pb's at age of 32 and winning easily.

Also, a lot of flack directed to Gatlin on basis that he must be on drugs (has been caught twice already) given he is running so fast.
 
yes, it is interesting that many Jamaicans have run much slower in recent years at a time of better drug testing in Jamaica. Maybe a coincidence? Time will tell.

Fact is Gatlin got tested 14 times in 2014, so clearly he knows what he is doing.
 
is anyone voting? three weeks to go. my heart says gatlin, but I fear bolt is getting into shape again. He was noticeably more powerful the other day.

I pick Gatlin.
