Kale crisps. Easiest thing you can possibly do and earns you many many browny points with chicks and children alike.
So here's the deal. Rip up a bunch of kale (no stalks, derr), pat them dry. Sprinkle a tsp of himalaya salt over the kale, then spray some olive oil spray on them. Bang it on a tray and in the oven 200degC for 15-25 min or until crispy. Now eat it.
