Yeah to put it down to one single thing is just retarded, there are probably 100's of factors which contribute, obviously some more then others but one isn't going to make that much difference.....
 
No, half the people would already be paleo'ing hard by default because of their close genetic ties to the caveman back in 1910, so they don't need a book to tell them what to do.
 
yeah sorry it sounds pretty ordinary butter in coffee, but i guess if you havent tried it yu cant knock it.
 
The whole butter/ bulletproof coffee thing is really only of use if you are keto.

i found that having one with 25 gms butter, and either 2 table spoons of coconut oil, or MCT kept me satisfied hunger wise until early afternoon, and ramped up my metabolism.

if not eating keto you can easily ingest 600 calories from the coffee alone.

Yeh I found that it kept me 'full' for 3-4 hours too. Handy when working on remote locations and to a strict deadline. No time to stop and eat whenever I wanted. Did the trick for me there
