Outside the gym I play for fun:-

Squash - nothing brings my HR more than this. HIIT at its finest.

Taking up riding - wake up early for a ride with the sunrise is invigorating, man.

During summer - day hikes - bugs and hayfever can be a downer but the hippie gene in me says being surrounded by trees is totes awesome.

So, what about you guys? Spill it.

running, swimming.

having a kick of football and soccer balls at park, and cricket with daughter.

Walking and hiking.

I love: Bowling, hiking, camping, basketball, afl, running, cycling, swimming...

What i have time for:

Hiking, camping, basketball, Archery that's just naming a few I'll really play anything but that stuff I enjoy the most.

Practical shooting, horse riding (not competitive equestrian events), hunting if that's a sport. I fantasise about getting back into some form of combat sport like wrestling but I'm probably too soft for that stuff now and my shoulders would not take it.

Would love to get into either hunting or competitive target shooting. But I think I love my bows more then guns and I don't need to jump through the hoops.

love my afl, cricket, golf mountain biking, would love to get back into martial arts like judo or bjj, but no acl has put an end to that as well as my afl days...

Well thats the conundrum ain't it? I too wish I had more time and would love to add bowling and horse riding to my list. One at a time I s'pose. I'll get tired of squash or similar later and so I'll replace it with something else.

Oh yeah since I will be camping day after tomorrow I will add that to my list of 'sports'. I guess you can consider spin the bottle and skinny dipping a sport..

Putt putt and bowling!
what the heck is putt putt? Haha it sounds naughty.
