Yeah I thought the rear lat spread looked OK as well, but just took another look and it doesn't flare out as wide as the right side, much like the bottom 2 pics.
 
TBH I can't pick a real difference in the RLS, the other two poses he has his foot spiked and is standing a bit off centre...
 
You'd have to be blind not to see the differences between each side, including a huge difference between each shoulder
 
In each photo he is spiking his leg which changes the whole dynamics of that side of your body though..
 
i dont think it has anything to do with poor conditioning, more a complete lack of symmetry or a previous injury which has caused this look
