Has anyone actually determined an optimum bar speed?

It's volume / TUT that matters
So the correct speed is the one that allows the largest number when you factor in sets*reps*weight*TUT
Lift the weight slower, increasing the TUT increases the volume with this sum. Increase it too much, the weight will have to drop and the total volume could also drop

No calculator needed though, just keep a steady speed...
