I aim for 1:1. And also in horizontal and vertical planes. (pretty easy to do when you can press though LOL)
 
Planes of movement? Muscle group catageorisation? Now we're talking fellas!

I figured a way to get more of PULL into my day. A whole bunch of band pull aparts.:D
 
I just do some pushing and some pulling but for shoulder health I think overhead pressing is king.
