As an aside, the proper and safe execution of resistance exercise will also help maintain your height as you get older.
This is a good one. Goood. Proper spine alignment and nutrition will help stave off pesky bone disorders and osteoperosis. Stand taller and you will be taller!
 
why would a bodybuilding type split cause problems? if your doing it wrong and have imbalances sure, but thats assuming something already.
 
I spend a lot of time on the foam roller and with massage balls but they didn't do squat compared to an hour with someone that knows what they're doing.

It's not too exy if you've got it on your private health, get one a month or something.

Rung the physio today, got some times. Gonna' get a tune up this week. I roll and stretch every day but require something firmer and more direct.
