What lifestyle changes have you made in order to improve your running?

Get a heavy bout of Bali Belly - you will exhibit instant improvement in running form, stamina, and power production as you zip towards the nearest toilet, factoring in the extra milliseconds needed to whip the pants down and swing your ass towards gaping sewage, with grace and precision comparable to a sydney swan ballet dancer.

Sheer desperation is recommended for optimal results.

as a runner preparing for masters comeback, I ma getting weight down (now 89kg), getting my leg press up (have improved 15% last month for max set of ten reps), and am working on flexibility (stiff as).

And will run three days a week, although intensity will increase over time.

Will use push pull comps at end of year as guide.

Unless you're a competitive runner or run marathons it doesn't really require a lifestyle change to accommodate it unlike the other training we do. That's the beauty of it. If you travel for work, all you need is a pair of shoes. If you're somewhere new running is a good way to explore and get a feel for the place.
