Mick here. My bro's call me Lil Mick. I'm after some advices for first cycle. My mate and I joined up Anytime Fitness yesterday. I spent the best part of today getting an arm sleeve tattoo outline done. Going back next week to have it filled in. Fuck it hurts. Trying to figure out what first cycle we should do. Don't know what sort of weight training program we should do but I guess we'll figure that out later. Just wanna get the first cycle under way.

Weight: 62kg
Training experience: nil.
