Losing weight and getting ripped is not an overnight experience. Unless you are already fairly lean be realistic that your fat loss is a long term goal.

1. STICK TO A REGIMENTED DIET
2. REALISTIC GOALS & EXPECTATIONS
3. STRUCTURE A DIET YOU CAN MAINTAIN
4. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF
5. PROTEIN IS NUMBER ONE
6. CUT DOWN YOUR CARBOHYDRATE INTAKE
7. DON'T AVOID ALL FATS
8. EAT MORE VEGETABLES
9. STAY NATURAL
10. STAY HYDRATED
 
1 & 3 are essentially the same.

1. stay low carb.
2. eat lots of vegetables and carbs.
3. avoid fats.
4. eat eggs.
5. eat only protein.
6. too much protein will cause cancer and body function failure.
