Girls leg snaps while doing Leg presses

This is why you never lock your knees when doing the leg press, position your feet on the plate to minimize movement at the ankle..

Or lock your joint on any exercise
She looked like she was crying beforehand

Don't agree for any exercise but by the way it feels when I have done it the leg press is at high risk of hyperextensions or worse when locking the legs.

There are some exercises where extending the limb (into a locked position ) is a requirement
but only when the muscles worked are fully contracted under load.

So feet shoulder width, slightly pointed out, with heels slightly above the midline of the plate?

Yeah, but the position of the feet on the plate would depend on the path of resistance from beginning to end, and the position or angle of the seat (backrest)

A requirement for what Goosey?

Healthy strong joints, for example the leg extension is bad for the knee if you don't fully extend the lower leg, and actually squeeze the quad at full extension.

tricep extension and its variants is another, not very many in total though darko.

Yes of course, didn't even think of those

When you mentioned 'requirement' I thought you were going to mention powerlifting, to which I was then going to go all ninja on your ass
