When I 1st got into training and I started to hang around bodybuilders from my local area - all they ate was chicken, fish, steak, veggies, RICE CAKES AND COTTAGE CHEESE lol....

Dip the banana into a curry or pulled pork raghu and it becomes a meat stick!! Best pump ever. True story dat. :p

Experience tells me to never dip the banana in the honey again lol

Not sure what colour jellybeans give the best results, but as for a sugar source, they are quickly absorbed and most effective, hence why they are the choice of Type1 diabetics across the globe!

(was that too serious an answer for a tongue in cheek question?) lol

Something in the back of my mind is telling me to never put a "meat stick" in or around my mouth. I don't care how good the pump (pumping?) is
