As much as I hate cardio and running on the treadmill completed 5 days of 2km runs on them, once each workout, slowly increasing speed, going to continue in the weeks to come...
 
Blasted about 3% of fat out of my system by going uppity uppity uptown! Man do I get shredded while having a whole lot of fun that I can't remember. Comedown's a bitch though. :rolleyes:

Well, that's my way of 'cutting', now start bulking again lmao.
 
Had a great weekend down the coast with just my Dad - was good to spend some time together and great to be down the coast when we had such great weather to just chill on the beach all day!
 
Did you looks heaps fuller though?

Yeah, gained about 3kg of glycogen/ water.

gained some good vascularity and fullness. Starting to flatten right out again now second day back in.

i limited my water intake over the weekend as I was so full/ bloated from the carbs, and virtually ate zero protein.

I use use the refeed as a mental recharge and do exact opposite of my usual consumption.
