Did cardio every day I went it the gym last week for the first time in a very long tim, just 2km each day on the treadmill and I will continue this for a while and try to drop some bf again
 
Had a great last couple of days down the coast with the fam....thinking of going back this weekend for acouple of days also lol...
 
I steamed sleaned my patio... The concrete floor and the tin roof. Had to pressure clean it, then scrub it with sugar soap and chlorine then pressure clean it again. Took hours but came up a mint.

Also steamed clean the eaves and gutters all round the house. And mowed and Whipper snipped.

Was a big Saturday.
