I've been good, I've posted nothing about banging any hot chicks for ages or even standard run of the mill skanks.
We all loved it when he was here and he won't last long anyway before you pull the trap door lever.
All I've ever asked for was gerry. back and some dancing bananas emojis. Well maybe I've asked for more but I don't remember them.

anyway this old fart spartacus continually claimed he beat me despite not even posting a total through out 2015.i competed twice and totalled 575 at the aussie masters.wheres ur total chris?lets set the record straight here champ.
 
theres 3 lifters in australia m193 better than me.theres a kiwi m1 who lifted 585 at the commonwealths as well as another who equalled my total this year at their raw nats.at m183 i can name 2 guys better in aussie but currently noone in nz.id like to think i can get back on the horse and compete in nz next year if i can get my shit together.However chris youve talked a lot about competing in GPC.when?
