Any real fat-burning supplements out there?

Eat less you fat bastards

As if that works.

Surely there is some expensive supplement extracted from the arse of a rare frog that lives in the Amazon rainforest that will do a better job.

What about a fad diet with a fancy sounding name that a lot of celebrities are following?

Yeah but if you take a supp and or drug you don't have to eat less. Fuck who wants to eat less? eating is delightful.. :)

^ fat bastard attitude
Correct. fat bastards still want to eat and loose fat. It's human nature, also taking drugs or a supp that works can help maintain muscle while losing fat. Is that a fat bastard attitude or a selfish one?

Or just gullible by thinking that the supps you get from the bro at the supp store is going to help you lose weight.

no one mentioned alphamine? works pretty damn good, especially first thing in morning + fasted cardio. does contain yohimbine, but ive had no issue getting 3 tubs through.
{there is a aussie friendly version without the yohimbine, obviously does not work as good)

i also suffer from high levels of anxiety. a really strong coffee can somtimes make me have a panic attack. yohimbine however did not effect me in that regard

Caffeine suppresses apetite and increases metabolism, two thing that may assist in a weight loss goal. A cup of strong black coffee with no sugar should do the job, for me it also seems to assist in eliminating waste, ie it makes me want to take a dump not long after having coffee.

Not a fat 'burner' as such though, but not sure anything is a fat burner in the true sense of the word.

The most fancy weight loss supplement I have seen is 'Animal Cuts' from Universal Nutrition (they have been around since for ever), comes in a big tin, with an Animal Pack style bunch of tablets, I think there is about 5-8 (not exactly sure how many) tablets you take to support weight loss, but apparently it works best if your diet and exercise are spot on. Not sure if it works never tried it, but looks fancy.

Pretty sure it's more the diet and exercise that will do the job, but I guess having some appetite suppressants and and stuff that increases metabolism might make it a bit easier and faster.

myst; with Duromine did you take it constant or cycle on/off ? Just wondering if you got used to it after a period of time.
