Only a few days in....but this could be the thread of 2015....love your work mate...
 
Over ripened.. No good. still edible though but best used in shakes all blended up.

if you get ones like this cheap, peel and freeze in a ziplock baggie. Once frozen use in the blender with shakes.

Yes good idea but you can't leave them too long in the freezer or they go black. I know this from experience. :cool:
 
I remember when that cyclone came thru in north QLD about 9 years ago and wiped out most of the banana plantations. A 13kg box of banana's was worth its weight in gold.....well not quite, but it costs us $95 a box.
Pre-cyclone we were paying $13 dollars a box.
