how much do you peeps eat and what you're trying to achieve in your fitness journey! Height, weight, and age too
 
186cm,53 years, 90kg. Eat 2500-3000 calories.

Target 2015 85-87kg lean, and total 190kg in Olympic lifting by end of year.

350g chicken breast, 400g chicken thighs and enough butter chicken sauce to make the whole lot 1250kcal for the day
