Actually, that's a very good observation and could be for an interesting discussion

If workouts have so much impact, on the end product, like many on here obsess over, then you'd think that everyone would follow the same workout.

i liken a muscle to a football; it inflates the same way a muscle grows, it can only inflate to a certain point, it cannot change it's length, only its width which is dictaded by the leathers pliability, the strength of the seams and the rules of the league, or code.

so, do - certain workouts play much of a role in determining the outcome?
or is it just down to hard work and good dieting?
 
If one if thise guys only did leg press and one only did squats for quad development would thay have the same leg development , if as you say they are clones.
