Is Bulking Really Necessary?

Shrek

Fucked up Kunce
Is it?
I'm beginning to think not.
Hate the fat bloated look.
Ripped all the way baby!!!!!

After a year of real bulking you're going to be past your bulking stage really.
Get lean, aim for 0.5kg gain a week and after 10-15 weeks you're going to want to maintain for a month and start leaning out again

Outside of skinny beginners and blokes smashing the gear I don't think so. Once you get past the beginner stage actual muscle gains are very slow, by bulking all you are doing is gaining a heap of fat then you have to lose that.

Aftet Xmas I'm gonna drop these few extra kgs and stay lean year round just like 0ni; ;)

It may not be 'necessary' like oxygen or water, but it sure is preferable! Fuck youse low-cal niggaz!
