I'm happy to announce PTC Brisbane is now the biggest powerlifting gym in the country! PTC Brisbane - home

We have moved to (what I hope) is our final home.
In 2011 we opened with 130m2.
A year later we moved to 255m2.

Earlier this month we moved again, to 217 Toombul rd, Northgate a mere 14km from the main street of Brisbane.
With a train station 400m away, the airport link tunnel 2 minutes up the road, Sandgate Rd and Southern Cross Way within a stones throw - getting to PTC has never been easier - The airport is only 5 minutes away too!

The new gym is 570m2, with 2 mezzanine levels.
We have a brand new kitchen, brand new shower, new toilets and a change room.
We have a full time masseuse.
We have a full time nutritionist.
We have a supps shop - Stocking only the useful supps.

We have 3 coaches at PTC.
I (Scott Wasson) am the head powerlifting coach.
Jordan Brown - Strength and Conditioning coach
Gus Cooke - Nutrition and recomp specialist.

Ill also be updating this thread with things happening at the gym, as well as throwing up some very basic (but effective) programs for novice and intermediate lifters.

Here is one..... Suit somebody going around 140-100-180, give or take 20kg.
If your bench is lower, add some extra flat barbell bench work in - preferably a 4th day.


EDIT: I don't think Ausbb allows excel uploads......

Simply insane - Would be so good during summer - roller doors open, crankin' some music....looks awesome....

Do you have a walk through vid like the one Marcos made in Carrum Downs? I need some gym porn to get my deadlift going.
