New Year's Eve Challenge

i remember reading a similar challange that Neil Gardener used to do on his bday, he would choose an exercise and then a weight and do that exercise for number sets he was turning, for example, 35 sets of deads on his 35th bday, pretty sure it was written up in HCAM when that was around and he videoed some of it and posted on his website.

Not sure which is harder.....

Yeh I remember that!!! I also remember his 8 hour arm session! Hahah. Great bloke

Haha thanks!

The birthday one : number of singles at 90% on any big compound would be decent I reckon. Eg 35 years old therefore 35 singles at 90% for the Squat

nuts!

So I was thinking of opening this up to small groups to make it doable for more people. Thinking groups of up to 5 people which would still be pretty damn hard.

Also, option to do 3/4 bw squats if doing front squats or safety squat bar.

Open to suggestions for a charity to raise money for also. Once that is sorted, I'll setup a charity account.

I think Thomas Lilley - owner of PTC Gold Coast owned that record for a while.

I also believe it's how he ruined his hip.
