Yeah they contacted me and said they'll resend it. That's pretty good as I didn't expect them to do that and it's the first time a bag has split on me upon arrival. I thought they'll just refund the difference to what's left of the bag lol.

Tip for cleaning half a kilo of sticky WPC off your carpet: vacuum gently first, then use bicard soda and water. LOTS of it! :rolleyes:
 
Put a small order in on the weekend, arrived today so pretty much 3 business days. Not slow in my experience!

I order venom protein for my sister. She receives all her orders from fastway couriers the next day. I have already waited two days for Bulk Nutrients with auspost.

Maybe you should petition the federal government to mandate Australia Post regard Tasmania mail delivery the same as the rest of the country
