Why would you eat o drink something you would not like the taste of?
why would you play a sport you did not like?
why would you choose a bunch of exercises you did not like?

for the results, the consequences?
 
Agree that food is fuel but isn't there enough food choice available today that you can always eat something you like the taste of and still get the same nutritional value ?

i was watching a movie called captain fantastic, which got me thinking.

maybe we just have too many choices to make

Most definitely but I find it difficult to find something to eat when we come to town. So many choices of dubious value and no access to real food. I think to get decent nutrition, you have to prepare most of your own food.

Agree with that. Lots of choice but you never know what you are getting unless you make it yourself
