well you seem to be trying to insult me for having to do rehab work, cant all be big tough men like you eh?

No mostly I'm just talking shit to stir you up. Only took a couple of posts to get you to tell me to kill myself again.

I find it surprising he has recommended no upper body work at all until next year - as for me this could even create more imbalances and possible injuries when you do return to upper body work after such a long lay off...

Surprised they have not suggested even some light bodyweight exercises, band work, light cable work etc - even after a month or 2 of doing your pre/re-hab exercises...

Your injure must be fairly bad for him not to suggest any gym work (Upper Body) for 5 months.

be going back to see him and he said will add in more as i progressed. think it was actually no benching till new year, but for now there is no other upper body work except for some stretches and rowing excercises. im sure he will add more in

I'm mostly surprised that he can put a time frame on no upper body work. Physio's will typically tell you to stop doing the movements that are hindering recovery and then it is a case of gauging progress as you go. That is how mine have always done it.

BTW that exercise you are doing genics is one of mine also. It is bloody hard.

well 3 days into rehab work, sholder is 90% better..almost full ROM now and pain gone. might be back lifting sooner! after all this time with a fucked sholder, has it been this easy to fix? ;/

Good stuff bro, I could only imagine how frustrating that'd feel though!
