I have been asked a bit lately how my supplementation might differ from when I am preparing for a BB comp as opposed to when I am "off season". The main differences for me when I am prepping are, I no longer supplement with protein powders. I prefer to get my requirements from food. Sure it would be a lot more convenient to supplement with a WPI but I prefer to eat to get my protein requirements. The down side to this is more food prep and I seem to constantly be at the shops topping up on groceries hahaha.
