Never been able to restore my testoserone levels back to normal, constant thoughts of food, binges, social isolation

I have always had an issue with over eating - it has sometimes helped me gain the size I need but at other times re-railed my goals - at 14 I was around 120kgs and have pretty much battled with weight gain and weight loss for 13-14 years.

How do I overcome this? Self-control, training hard, being smart.

Same here.. I was always the fat kid.. But I was active enough to keep it under control... Stopping sport at Ino didn't help so ballooned.. Now trying to rectify that

First step was probably the hardest. Actually determining appropriate energy balance. Once that was figured out, I'd say the most difficult aspect was deciphering the broscience from what was actually necessary.

I like to do things the easiest way possible.

I also like to eat a lot so I found that intermittent fasting works very well for me.
