    Today I did?

    8.00am: 45 min moderate walk

    12.00pm: Some shoulders - (OHP, side raises, barbell pulls to face, behind the neck press)

    1.00pm: Conditioning - 2 rounds with 1 min rest in between
    1. Push Up X 10
    2. Star Jump x 20
    3. Burpee x 10
    4. Treadmill @ 4 x 30 sec
    5. Lying Leg Raise x 10
    6. Jump squat x 10
    7. Mountain Climbers x 20 (these suck balls)
    8. Treadmill @ 4 x 30 sec

    Today I did deadlifts, single arm dumbell rows followed by lat pulldowns. Was buggered by the end of it

    Been training cardio hard. Beep test up from 5.2 to 7.2 followed by a 2.34km run. Need beep test up to a 10.
