Walking today, trying to work on my cardio. Gym will start hopefully this Monday.
 
Heavy squat today. Got to 170 for a double. Felt good. Benched also, still rehabbing, but 95kg moved Very well for 4 sets of 6.

Just had 3 days off due to a head cold.
First time having 3 consecutive days off in nearly 10 years.
 
Don't they say if it hasn't gone lower than the Head you can still train? Or is it, if it reaches your Throat or lower don't train?

Once I feel an issue coming on I don't train and conserve my energy for healing.
Fuck, when young you'd train even if you had Aids lol
 
Bench press deload today, almost finished my third cycle of 5/3/1 and loving it. Easily the most enjoyable workouts I have done. I would be surprised if I didn't stick with it or st least go back to it consistently. About to start triumvirate after finishing boring but big. Can't wait to change it up.
