going to repeat the same weight as thursday for squats today.
I got thru them successfully but tore my shorts in half on the very first rep and so the remaining reps were all cautious and perhaps a bit shallow
 
Trained at a park gym.

back n bi's, then making up for lost time added leg press w toe presses and sldl.
 
Approx 45 min walk this morning.
Will hit the park gym later today.
Did a 45 minute walk too.... we could have bumped into each other.....[emoji13]

Came back and did legs. Felt fucked so will finish cgest and bi's tomorrow.
 
I should go now and train... just feel sleepy..woke up too many times last night to pee. Shit sleep.
 
Well I trained late last night and drunk nearly 2l of water. Normally I only get up maybe once.
 
I'll be deadlifting shortly. First time for quite a few months. Just wanted to rest my hip. Feels good now. I'll throw is some overhead presses as well.
