Wobble out to car
Hot as feck bath.....

now weights workout for me,, but took the boy to auskick ths mornig then spent the afternoon cutting up wood and denailing timber completely spent now, gotta rest to do it all again tomorrow.
 
First upper body workout of the week today. Bench press, CGBP, incline DBBP, either pull ups or lat pull downs, and cable rows.
