Quads, tris, calves. Should be longest day and still got it done in 77 mins inc squats. Happy with that.

Ouch, nothing involving squats comes in at under 77mins for me. The kunce wear me out quick smart , regardless of weight used.
 
me too.. mobility and warmup already takes up 20 mins to prepare me tight buns and hippies for a good squat
 
Back, abs. Got back done in about 35 mins because I started fresh I think. Some sort of record for me. Doesn't feel like I did enough though...
 
Just go 100deg on the leg press and don't have your arse jammed all the way into the crevice of the seat and you should be g2g mate!

Fuk Mrs smith, I only train calves on her lol
 
Deadlifts then some cardio stuff farmers walk, tyre pull, tyre flip, sledgehammer.

Pretty much only doing deadlifts lately, feels good.
 
Military presses, some deadlifts and time permitting calves...coming to a gym near you shortly.
