Today I did?

8.00am: 45 min moderate walk

12.00pm: Some shoulders - (OHP, side raises, barbell pulls to face, behind the neck press)

1.00pm: Conditioning - 2 rounds with 1 min rest in between
  1. Push Up X 10
  2. Star Jump x 20
  3. Burpee x 10
  4. Treadmill @ 4 x 30 sec
  5. Lying Leg Raise x 10
  6. Jump squat x 10
  7. Mountain Climbers x 20 (these suck balls)
  8. Treadmill @ 4 x 30 sec
 
Been training cardio hard. Beep test up from 5.2 to 7.2 followed by a 2.34km run. Need beep test up to a 10.
 
went for a 45min pushy ride and am about to do a full body routine (bench squat bb row mill press calf's and bi's)

5 sets of squats (plus a couple warmup sets)
3 sets of hack squats
3 sets of leg press
4 sets of extensions
4 sets of hami curls
4 sets of standing calves
4 sets of sitting calves
4 sets of something of abs
1000 whinges about how much I hate training legs

I find that calves take so little energy compared to the upper leg that I actually start to recover while training them, and I limit my rest time to 30-40 seconds b/w sets for calves.

Ok fairies nuts. I'm just usually flat out on the floor after a leg sesh so calves are done another time.

To squeeze all body parts in twice per week and have sunday off its probably the only place I can fit them, after legs.

Tuesday it's chest, tric & bic (fav day)
Wednesday it's Shoulders and back
cycle repeats and Sunday off
