Been with mine since 91.
Fuken loooooooooooong time.
For our anniversary took her to California, just the 2 of us, no kids this time, that seem like a fuken long time as well, a week that felt like a month.
Not one of my finest ideas, that’s for sure.
 
Been crook the past week LOL. bloody daughters cold she no doubt picked up at pre-school...being her first year, im in for some fun!

Have literally only squatted the past three days. haha.
 
Upper.

Feeling like shit with this frequency but I only have a limited amount of exercises due to trying to avoid too much spinal loading.
 
Upper Body today, then into the Gold Coast surf, then I'll consider blowing my load into a nice Chick.

That's the plan anyway.

Does your lower back ever ache from the standing shoulder presses?
Or do you get away with it cos it’s only 2 sets?

It can ache but only when I get sloppy by leaning back towards the end of the lift which is also a good indicator that I'm trying to lift too much too soon.
Keep tight and keep my back straight and there are no issues.
 
Thats it. I do a alot of overhead sets per week. Never had a single issue.
