Supposedly deads and squats but I'll be doing another physio only session today, like yesterday :(
Not sure why but my hip has been playing up the last few days. The last squat session was nasty.
Hopefully will live to squat tomorrow instead :(
 
How was your other world experience?

Just got up from a 2hr 'nap' :D

Don't think I'll be doing that again until I'm on a calorific surplus lol. Mind you I prefer this over cardio anyday. Bloody cardio, I rather vom in my mouth halfway thru squats than cardio.
 
Can't squat with broken toe so did a shitload of leg press with toes hanging over sled to alleviate pressure.
Leg Press - 8x8
Leg Ext - 8x8
Leg Curls - 8x8
Hyper - 4x12
 
Had a few vodka lemon for the first time this month last night, so I passed out and feel groggy as all fuk today and still seeing double. Just having some mee goreng washed down with preworkout and hopefully that stays put as I muster the courage to do sum deadlifts and front squats lolol.
