After watching the deadlift vid decided to do some deadlifts.

9.00am - 45 min walk

5.30pm - Shoulders and deadlifts, calves
  • OHP - 3 x 8
  • Side Raise - 3 x 10
  • Barbell Pull to Face - 3 x 10
  • Deadlift - 3 x 5 (120kg) (haven't deadlifted pretty much all year. Felt good, just kept the weight light and concentrated on form))
  • Barbell Shrug - 3 x 12
  • Rocking Calf Raise - 3 x 15
  • Standing calf Raise - 3 x 20
 
Today, chest, tric and bic

4 sets of flat bench
4 sets of incline
4 sets of flys,
3 sets of seated dips press things
3 sets of tric presses (v-bar)
3 sets of rope extensions
4 sets of ez bar curls (heavy)
3 sets of DB curls
3 sets of straight bar curls (pump)​
 
Legs...

4 sets 45 degree leg press,
4 sets leg extension
5 rounds of
Sled push 60kg 10 jump squats push sled back 10 jump squats
 
Just doing random stuff these last few days.

Heaps of Pullups . Medium and hammer grips
Lots of Dips

Gonna do random leg stuff today.
Lots of squats, front squats, jump squats, lunges stiffies and curls...

87kg today. yay.
 
Woke up at 6 intending to go for a 45 min walk. Still sitting here.
