Upper this morning.

Then ran 400m this arvo. Might make that or something similar for Cardio - 400m intervals. How many times? How longs a piece of string?

put ya weights up. Also on my way to winning the Wairarapa u15s provincial title in '89 i ran a 57.36 4 hundy. Or was it 57.32,cant quite remember. I actually pulled a hamstring 200m out and got overtaken but gritted my way back into the lead and won. The guy i beat couldnt believe it as he saw me lose stride and thought yeehaa, but he didnt count on ole gerrys will to win. Whats the moral of the story? I like typing shit that noone cares about.

Upper. Can't justify a PPL atm, wanna make sure Cardio gets done 3-4 per week until Covid done.

Tried to do some Hill Sprints after but Calves are Toast so bailed. Waste of a trip.
