Trained chest yesterday after 2 weeks off due to the mother of all knots in my lower trap,that rendered me useless doing anything full stop. Bastard is still there, but feeling better.

strength and pump were down, as I lowered my calories and did some cardio.

felt good to be back though!
 
shit, I've neglected abs, Prob done them once or twice since coming back from hols.

Abs it is today aswell.
 
Training Guns this morning and if I have time maybe Shoulders this afternoon - didn't get to the old guns yesterday so will polish them off today so they are firin nicely...
 
Shoulders / triceps done.
Maybe some walking tonight if the damn rain stays away for once.
 
Ditched the bench dips. Don't think it's too friendly on my shoulder. Stick to regular dips.
