It was my shoulder day and I did pretty impressive shaping it big. Here is what I exactly I did today.



1. Dumbbell Shoulder Press
4 sets, 6,6,8,10 reps (2 minutes rest)


2. Upright Barbell Row
3 sets, 8,8,10 reps (2 minutes rest)


3. Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise
3 sets, 8,10,12 reps (1 minute rest)


4. Side Lateral Raise
3 sets, 8,10,12 reps (1 minute rest)


5. Standing Front Barbell Raise Over Head
3 sets, 8,10,12 reps (1 minute rest)
 
haha this north of vag guy has pizazz.i see a successor to me as kunce of the year.u need to start attacking people for xtra lols.i suggest picking out weak bodyparts and or lifts and really zeroing in.that really breaks the mind especially if they think they are tuff kunts.

Standing barbell shoulder press - 2 sets 10,8
Bent over laterals- 1 set 8
One arm dumbell row - 2 set 9,8
Lat pulldowns - 2 sets 9,8
Barbell curls - 2 sets 10,8
Incline dumbell curl -1 set 8
Weighted dips - 2 sets 15,12
Dumbell pullover - 2 sets 8,7
Leg Press - 3 sets 12,10,9

40 seconds rest between sets, Farken hot today

you own a leg press?intredasting.you said u had 80 kgs worth of weights,have you upgraded and bought more?i see you have gone trump on us and bought a barbell too or have you finally joined a gym?

Progress is going well, have dropped the frequency to 3 days a week now that the weights and intensity have increased
 
Still training every second day. Works great.

Heavy overhead press today, 62.5kg 3sets of 5. Plus other stuff.

Db incline Press - 1x15, 1x20
Db shoulder Press - 2x15
Cable Row - 2x15
Wide grip pull down-2x15
Db bench shrug- 1x15, 1x20
Side raise- 2x15
Face pull -2x15
Cable Curl -2x15
Rope push down - 2x15
 
Big workout shrekky.


Benched today. Some triples with about 85%.
Then some close grip incline work.
And some bent rows (alot of them) and lateral raises (alot of them too).

Was an ok day. Bit of a mixed bag performance wise.

My breath still stinks like her shit. Was going to brush my teeth, but she's so hot i prefer to savour the taste of her ass in my mouth for the rest of the week.
