How can i continue to learn more about bodybuilding? Seems like the majority of articles are broscience or they are pushing some product. I want to be more educated about why im doing certain things in gym. Where do you guys source this kind of information? any recommended books?

Or do most people just go off experience and see how their bodies respond to new things.

Most of it comes from experience, knowing the mechanics of how your body functions wouldn't be bad to learn though either.
