Mrs feeling ordinary after bootcamp

Hey guys,

Just a quick one, the mrs is feeling ordinary after bootcamp which she does a few times a week. She has been getting Phlegmy cough, sore chest and feeling sick soon after she has started. I said maybe it's the cooler air but she Googled it and found that it might be something else.

Anyone else had similar?

Make sure she's getting enough micro nutrients from food (may need to add in some multivitamins) and have plenty of rest.

I had a friend who showed similar symptoms after exercise, turned out to be AIDS. Should look into it man.

Lol at the micronutrient deficiency diagnosis.

Its likely she just has a cold. It happens, nothing fancy.

And don't google your illness it usually comes up as something fatal when it is very unlikely. If you think you're sick go to a doctor not google.

No waiting lines to see Dr Google and he always agrees with your diagnosis. How do you know the local doctor is a real doctor anyway?

Using google to self diagnose you're guaranteed to end up getting a moron for a doctor and an idiot for a patient.

No shit, most people don't even know first aid but wielding a keyboard they can diagnose instantly from a vague description on the interwebs.

Has she started taking protein shakes or anything? I know milk and protein powder will give me those symptoms.

Dr Google says administering an enema of milk whilst standing on one foot with the other providing a gentle prostate massage is certain to provide relief from the ordinary
