Whether it's a Bodybuilding.com program article, an Article about eating a certain diet/meal plan, or an article about staying focused in the gym and in the office.
 
Elitefts used to be good. Last time I looked there is was just like t nation under a different name.
 
It can be hard to find unsponsored and unbiased science! Even when you think you have, a google of the authors names and bios will often reveal links and associations which make you question the article.
 
Spot on. His really early stuff used to be ok. Then he went off the rails and just started pushing his bullshit supps. I seem to remember blood protein powder was one. Lol

Yeah... He sold out hard!!!

The stench of his biosignature BS was monumental...
