KungFooGoo

Gangster
l said l was going to make a thread a while ago for @Mackie , @canned tuna & @StrungOut to put down out goals and make a bit of a challenge out of it instead of pming each other here and there. Hopefully this will be easier to track. If l've gotten your goals wrong let me know and l'll change them or let me know when you've hit them and l'll tick them off.

Cheers KFG. I will be over in Sydney around October 25th weekend or so. I intend to get the 200 dead then. Sigh, my squat is so far behind haha

Very good mate
I think everyone is pretty on track with their goals
KFG you're a hip thrust away from your dead by the sounds of it too haha

Will be a good thread to post up when me and Mackie get together
Strung out we should all tee something up too when you're in Syd

Mate that's a great idea....

So I just went and did some squats just cos I felt like it....

Worked up to 140kg, felt easy as piss. Decided to go for 165 and a 5kg PB.... Missed it by a bee's dick. Give me a couple of days of a decent diet and a few days of not being sick and i'll smash that. Easy.

What wrapping style are you using Mackie; ?

Tim.

Mate I wrap from above the knee to below it. Usually the wraps go around 5 times then cross back over diagonally to the top, around the back of the hamstring and then back down towards the ankle, tucking underneath itself to hold tight.

Seems to work well.
