But in all seriousness I've had chest pains at times. Gone to Drs a few times. Done treadmill tests and ECG or whatever they were and told I was extremely fit. (I was a cardio freak for years as well as lifting). Told it could be nerves in my chest area.

Was out on the weekend and had the strangest sensation... like I was going into some psychosis or some chit... Never had it before so hard to explain.
Then last night, lying in bed, had to 'will' my heart rate down. Chest tightening and stuff...

Don't sweat it till you see the Doc. Stress plays those sort of games to. So can reactions to food even.
