it is Sunday. Tell us your Victory this week.

100kg power clean with crook back and after 4 days of training.

Confident of getting a triple on 100kg at end of month when I freshen up.

I deadlifted 220kg raw with the worst form known to man. Luckily no pain, but jesus I ramped it out and didn't give up until the 230 was up. My max is 225kg WITH straps, which I got up with good form. However, I've ditched the straps and am trying to get my raw up to my max.

Spot on target average cals for the week despite being away for 3 days for GPC nats. Cut continuing well.

Don't know if victory but got cortisone shot for back injury and it feels a bit better :)

Have been sick with a sinus infection this week but still managed PBs in bench and OHP, stuck to my macros like a boss for the whole week, and hip is majorally improved (and i'm back to squatting, deadlifting etc albeit with baby weights to start).

Not so bad considering i've been way below par for most of it.

Only lowlight was missing training the past few days as I was too sick. Getting back to it today.

Victory over the long weekend was pretty much to do nothing and just chill out....feel like the batteries are somewhat recharged now.
