Was my first competitive powerlifting meet

Hawk Challenge - May 25th - Powerlifting Australia (IPF Rules)

Great experience - really pumped to do this more and more - next meet (Sept this year) planning on making the 93kg (was 100kg on the day) category and hit 600kg total

Squat is coming along nicely, bit disappointed on bench as i had hit 145 in training but all in all was happy. Background in lead up to this meet was that i started training seriously in January after coming back from overseas late last year

Thats a great result for a very competitive weight class. Two pr's in comp is a great result no matter what.

A couple of guys from my gym will be doing that next comp as well. Should be a hoot.
