Hey all. Thought id introduce myself. Melbourne bloke here. Been back into training for 2 months since a shoulder injury put me out for the best part of a year. I do body weights and compound excercises mainly. My plan isnt to get huge bit just have good overall strength as it helps with dirt bike racing.
Roids have always intrigued me and i have reseached them for years. i probably would have already cycled if i could find a decent source. Those guys overseas dont know how good they have it lol.
