The pack consists of:

4x Super Strong Carabiners,
2x 4ft Safety Utility Straps,
2x 6ft Safety Utility Straps (brand new, never used).
The Sorinex safety pack is the original and still the best safety strap pack available.
These are now copied by Iron Edge and other retailers.
The Sorinex safety straps are rated much higher than your tradition metal safety rails and will cause less damage to your barbell when dropped. Also, helps with keeping your knurling in tact and your barbell straight when dumped on a big lift.
